As a truly prominent piece, thisĀ belt isĀ for true Viking Age connoisseurs who appreciate historical authenticity and the work that goes into craftingĀ a premium item like this.
The beltĀ is covered with silverĀ fittings that match the buckle and strap end. A richly decorated belt, such as this one, would have belonged to a high-ranking person, such as a chieftain or wealthy Viking.
