Care guide: 

  • Clean the plate after each use through a good scrub with hot, soapy water. Do not soak it in water! It may cause it to crack or warp. You can also rub the surface thoroughly with salt and lemon.
  • Season the plate regularly by wiping it with food grade mineral oil and let the oil soak in overnight. Wipe up any excess oil after it has dried.
