Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, resellable condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal or use your own preferred carrier to send the package to our warehouse facility.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
